The studio is billed as ‘Central New Jersey’s Filipino Cultural Center.’

The Studio Ligaya, home of Central New Jersey’s Filipino Cultural Center, will host Ligaya Fest 2026, its 3rd annual Filipino American History Celebration, on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at 160 Durham Avenue in Metuchen, N.J.

The festival runs from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., followed by a dance party and socials from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Admission is free, and the event is open to all ages with free parking.

The free, all-ages festival on October 10 celebrates Filipino American History Month with a history exhibit, live music, cultural demonstrations, and an all Filipino American–owned marketplace

Held during Filipino American History Month, Ligaya Fest brings together culture, history, food, music, and community. The Filipino American National Historical Society (FANHS) will present a Filipino American History Exhibit alongside local historian Cai Barias. The event is presented in collaboration with The Filipino School of New York & New Jersey and Future Ancestors, and is sponsored by AAPI New Jersey.

“We have built Central New Jersey’s Filipino Cultural Center within The Studio Ligaya, and Ligaya Fest is our celebration of that,” said Tiffany Joy Argonza, founder and CEO. “This is a celebration of Filipino American history, and it’s also our way of showing love and appreciation to the community that made this space possible.”
