Team Padsing is still thriving while waiting for another fight to be lined up. Multiple fighters have pulled out from fighting Jerick Padsing as the trainer or fighter himself doesn’t have the confidence to take him on. The confidence still remains in Team Padsing that they will get multiple fights this year. Even though some struggles appear they won’t give up. Jerick Padsing is training great. Sparring with a tough opponent signed to a huge boxing promotion P.B.C. (Premier Boxing Champions). The fighter was bigger and more experienced than Jerick, having a precessional record of 18-2 with 14 of his wins coming from knockouts.
Before they started sparring the trainers thought their fighter was going to teach Jerick a boxing lesson, but boy were they wrong. Jerick’s footwork, speed, and boxing IQ made it difficult for the other fighter to even land a punch on Jerick. Jerick was landing so many clean shots to the body and head, as Pablo always told him to mix his punches and not always go to the head. The fighter took some big blows to the head by Jerick, but the shots to the body slowed him down.
After the sparring you can hear a pin drop, the whole gym was quiet and all the trainers were stunned by what they witnessed in the ring. They thought they were going to teach Jerick a lesson, but it was the opposite way around. They learned that day that even though their fighter was bigger and had more experience, Jerick was still able to handle him and teach him a lesson in the ring.
